Program Description, Budget, Exhibits, and Amendments. 3.1. Xxxxxxx agrees to undertake and perform in a satisfactory manner in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, the program described in the Program Description attached and incorporated as the attached exhibits and the Budget attached and incorporated. 3.2. The documents appended are made a part of this agreement, as exhibits and amendments as the case may be. Any amendment to this agreement must be signed by the parties to be effective. Grantee shall perform the services subject to this agreement in accordance with all terms, conditions, and provisions set forth in such exhibits and amendments.
