Common use of Program Fee Clause in Contracts

Program Fee. On each Payment Date, the Seller shall pay to Falcon a fee equal to 0.25% times the average daily outstanding Capital during the immediately preceding calendar month or portion thereof.

Program Fee. On each Payment Date, the Seller shall pay to Falcon a fee equal to 0.250.275% times the average daily outstanding Capital of Falcon during the immediately preceding calendar month or portion thereof.
