Common use of Program Implementation and Work Plan Clause in Contracts

Program Implementation and Work Plan. The Agency is required to submit a detailed work plan (“Work Plan”). The Work Plan, along with any other necessary attachments reflecting a target start date for Services, shall be submitted no more than thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of written notice of the Contract award. The Work Plan shall include a cover sheet and a narrative describing goals, objectives, activities, and responsible staff personnel (name and percent of time to be dedicated to Part A activities). The Agency shall notify the Recipient, in writing, of any proposed deviations from the approved Work Plan which shall require prior Recipient written approval.
