PROGRAM INITIATION AND TERMINATION. The District shall establish the details of the Program effective January 1, 2001. The "Program" consists of three parts: Medical Premium Conversion, Medical Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Accounts. The District may terminate the Program or any of its parts if, in the District's judgment, the Program or part no longer meets the requirements of law or does not qualify for tax-exempt treatment.
