Excess/Umbrella Liability Policies Required insurance coverage limits may be provided through a combination of primary and excess/umbrella liability policies. If coverage limits are provided through excess/umbrella liability policies, then a Schedule of underlying insurance listing policy information for all underlying insurance policies (insurer, policy number, policy term, coverage and limits of insurance), including proof that the excess/umbrella insurance follows form must be provided after renewal and/or upon request.
Umbrella Policies Contractor may satisfy basic coverage limits through any combination of basic coverage and umbrella insurance.
Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. Security Policies IBM maintains privacy and security policies that are communicated to IBM employees. IBM requires privacy and security training to personnel who support IBM data centers. We have an information security team. IBM security policies and standards are reviewed and re-evaluated annually. IBM security incidents are handled in accordance with a comprehensive incident response procedure.
Safety Policy The City agrees to maintain in safe working condition all facilities and equipment furnished by the City to carry out the duties of each bargaining unit position, but reserves the right to determine what those facilities and equipment shall be. The Association agrees to work cooperatively in maintaining safety in the Xenia/Xxxxxx Central Communications Center.
Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.
Policies and Temporary Policies Registry Operator shall comply with and implement all Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies found at <xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-policies.htm>, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with the ICANN Bylaws, provided such future Consensus Polices and Temporary Policies are adopted in accordance with the procedure and relate to those topics and subject to those limitations set forth in Specification 1 attached hereto (“Specification 1”). Deductibles and Self-Insurance Retentions Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared to and approved by the City. The City may require the Consultant to provide proof of ability to pay losses and related investigation, claims administration and defense expenses within the deductible or self-insured retention. The deductible or self-insured retention may be satisfied by either the named insured or the City.
