Program Manager’s Services. Program Manager shall act as the District’s agent to furnish all work, labor materials and services as required and in accordance with the terms and condition of this Agreement (“Services”).
Program Manager’s Services. Program Manager shall act as the District’s agent to render the services and furnish the work as described in Exhibit “A,” which will commence upon the receipt of a Notice to Proceed signed by the District Representative.
