Program Modifications. 9.9.3.1 The movement of Services from one Service category (as defined in Exhibit A (Statement of Work)) to another is classified as a Program Modification. Contractor shall notify County's Project Director in writing to request authorization prior to submitting a Program Modification. On the date County approves a Program Modification, such Program Modification shall replace any prior Program Modification(s) approved by County within the same Fiscal Year or Program Year (i.e., when Contractor's Program Modification number 2 is approved by County, it becomes effective upon the approval date and Contractor's Program Modification number 1 is no longer effective as of that same date).
