Program Payment. 6.1 The Partner’s principal business owner or financial officer is responsible for identifying their preferred payment method and for providing accurate payment routing information based on the payment method selected. Failure to do so could result in delayed or forfeited payments. Available payment methods may vary depending on the Partners’ country of location.
Program Payment. I understand and agree to pay the Program tuition fee(s), as set forth in the Program Overview/Schedule, as follows: • Checks shall be made payable and submitted to the: City of Long Beach, Department of Parks and Recreation, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx XX 00000. • The first month’s tuition (i.e. September 2020) shall be submitted with the completed Registration Form(s). • Each payment thereafter shall be prepaid (for the entire 10-month school year), on or before the 25th day of each month for the following (i.e. October’s payment is due by September 25th). • Any outstanding balances for previous or current services provided by, and due to the CITY, must be PAID IN FULL prior to registration. • Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee. • Refunds shall not be issued for absence(s)/missed session(s). • The City retains the absolute right to remove a child from the Program, and/or place him or her on a wait-list for re-entry into the Program for non-payment and/or late payment(s).
Program Payment a. Eligibility for the Program Payment will be determined solely at the discretion of AFL SportsReady.
Program Payment. Unless otherwise agreed, Pleasanton Public School shall pay Ravenna Public School for the 2018-19 school year as follows: $200.00 per student, per semester. First payment of $200.00 per student due on December 1, 2018. Second payment of $200.00 per student due on February 1, 2019. Additional billable fees, due and payable at the conclusion of each academic term shall be limited to substitute teacher fees at $120 per day/$60 per half-day for a maximum of 10 days throughout the contract period and mileage reimbursement at the rate of 54.5¢ per mile, payable to either Ravenna Public Schools or to the teacher contracted by Ravenna Public Schools for travel to/from Pleasanton Public Schools for on-site classroom visits or conferences.
Program Payment. Within 30 days of receipt of sales tax revenues from the State of Texas for the month covered by a Schedule submitted by the Company pursuant to Article Five, the County shall pay the Program Payment to the Company or as directed in writing by the Company.
Program Payment. 4.1. Full payment for the Ecosystem Acceleration Program will be made to Amarin Financial Group, via the mobile money number provided on the DEEPSEA EAST AFRICA 2020 website, so as to finalize your registration.
