Program Restrictions. Although the Programs transmitted by the Company Service will depict nudity and will allow strong or explicit language, the Company is prohibited from transmitting and covenants that it will not knowingly permit, on the Branded Channels, the transmission or exhibition of scenes, Wallpaper, or other material depicting any of the following: (i) the glorification of violence or gratuitous violence; (ii) rape, nonconsensual intercourse or other nonconsensual sexual activity; (iii) bondage, incest, sadism or masochism, bestiality, extreme sexual explicitness or the graphic close-up of genitals; or (iv) child pornography, including, without limitation, instances where an actor is the legal age for consent but is portrayed as under the legal age for consent. In that regard, no actor will appear nude or engage in sexual conduct in any Program who is not at least the age of majority (e.g., eighteen (18) years of age in the United States) consistent with the laws and regulations of each jurisdiction within the Territory where such Program is transmitted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (i) the standards applied by Licensor from time to time for Playboy TV in the United States shall be the controlling standards and any material transmitted on Playboy TV or the Spice Networks shall be deemed acceptable by Licensor for transmission on the Branded Channels and (ii) any materials provided, or approved by Licensor under this Agreement shall be deemed acceptable for transmission on the Branded Channels.

Program Restrictions. ● i. You will indemnify Goldmoney and explicitly agree and accept that Goldmoney is released from any claim by you for a Bonus in the event that you have not complied with these terms. For the avoidance of doubt, in all cases, payment of Bonuses by Goldmoney is dependent upon you satisfactorily meeting our verification requirements.
● ii. We may terminate your participation in the Program should we determine that you or your website is unsuitable or becomes unsuitable for the Program. You agree that you and (where applicable) your website (or any other website you operate or control) will not
(a) promote sexually explicit materials, violence, illegal activities, or discrimination based on, inter alia, race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; (b) incorporate any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law; (c) make any representations, warranties, or other statements concerning Goldmoney or any of their respective products or services, except as expressly authorized herein; (d) be in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, abusive, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion ("Objectionable Content"); (e) contain software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in the Programs; (f) promote any illegal activity, including, but not limited to, warez, cracking, and hacking sites or any website that Goldmoney considers inappropriate.
● iii. It is your responsibility to ensure your own compliance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you reside, including, but not limited to, any requirements relating to disclosure of commissions, data protection, and tax. You must not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulation.
● iv. It is your responsibility to ensure your own compliance with the terms, conditions, guidelines, and policies of any third party services used by you in connection with the Program, including but not limited to, email providers, social networking services and ad networks.
● v. It is entirely your responsibility to follow all applicable intellectual property and other laws that pertain to your website. You must have express permission to use any copyrighted material, whether it be writing, an image, or any other copyrightable work. We will...

As a condition of your use of Program Benefits, you will not use them, or allow your employees, contractors or Authorized Users to use them, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices, or use the Program Benefits in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Microsoft server, or the network(s) connected to any Microsoft server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Program Benefits. You, your employees, contractors, or Authorized Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Program Benefits, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any Microsoft server or to any of the Program Benefits, through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You, your employees, contractors, or Authorized Users may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Program Benefits.

Although the Company Programming will depict nudity and will allow strong or explicit language, Licensee is prohibited from transmitting or licensing and covenants that it will not permit the transmission or licensing of scenes or other material depicting any of the following: (i) the glorification of violence or gratuitous violence; (ii) rape, non-consensual intercourse or other non-consensual sexual activity; (iii) bondage, incest, sadism or masochism, bestiality, extreme sexual explicitness or the graphic close-up of genitals; or (iv) child pornography, including, without limitation, instances where an actor is the legal age for consent but is portrayed as under the legal age for consent. In that regard, no actor will appear nude or engaged in sexual conduct in any Company Programming who is not at least eighteen (18) years of age. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the standards applied by PEGI from time to time for the "Playboy TV" and "Spice" channels in the United States will be the controlling standards for the applicable Content Category and any materials transmitted by PEGI on either the "Playboy TV" or "Spice" channels (or supplied by PEGI pursuant to the Program Supply Agreement) will be deemed acceptable for transmission by the Licensee on its "Playboy" or "Spice" Channels, respectively.
Program Restrictions. When sharing an affiliate link, you must disclose in a clear, public, and persistent manner the fact that you, as the affiliate, may earn a bonus reward on purchases made by individuals and businesses who register on XxxxX.xx for a period after following that link. Failure to disclose this fact in the stated manner may result in sanction, including, but not limited to, loss of bonus reward, customer affiliation, or Affiliate status, at RealT's sole discretion. You are free to promote your own Sites, but any promotion or advertisement that mentions RealT and/or its Affiliate Program could be perceived by the public or the press as a joint effort and may be subject to restrictions as a form of prohibited advertising. These promotions or advertisements include but are not limited to Google Ads or other advertising commonly referred to as "spamming.” Both are considered unacceptable forms of advertising to us and could cause subsequent damage to our name. If RealT finds the nature of the advertisements or promotions as being contrary to the spirit of its Affiliate Program, RealT reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate participation in the program and the receipt of rewards, at its sole discretion. Other generally prohibited forms of advertising include the use of unsolicited commercial email (UCE), postings to non-commercial newsgroups and cross-posting to multiple newsgroups at once. In addition, you may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents your identity, your domain name, or your return email address. You may use mailings to customers to share news about RealT so long as the recipient is already a customer or subscriber of your services or Sites, and recipients have the option to remove themselves from future mailings. Also, you may post to newsgroups to share news about RealT so long as the news group specifically welcomes commercial messages. At all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your Sites as independent from RealT. If it comes to our attention that you are spamming, we will consider that cause for immediate termination of this Agreement and your participation in the RealT Affiliate Program. Any pending balances owed to you will not be paid if your account is terminated due to such unacceptable advertising or solicitation.
Program Restrictions. (***) of the units in this development (*** ***- bedroom and *** ***-bedroom units) (the “Sixty Percent Units”) must be occupied or available for occupancy by households whose incomes do not exceed the 60% income limit for Multifamily Tax Subsidy Projects as determined by HUD with respect to projects financed pursuant to Code Section 142(d) as amended by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (P.L. 110-289) ("MTSP Limits"), adjusted for family size. *** (***) of the units in this development (*** ***-bedroom and *** ***-bedroom units) (the “***Percent Units”) must be occupied or available for occupancy by households whose incomes do not exceed [if other units are at 50% of median income] the MTSP Limits Very Low Income limit, adjusted for family size [if the limit is other than 50%] ***% of area median gross income based upon the MTSP Limits, adjusted for family size. These restrictions shall remain in effect for the longest of the period the Mortgage Loan is outstanding, the time required under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (“LIHTC”) Program Regulatory Agreement or fifty (50) years after closing of the Mortgage.
Program Restrictions. 4.1 Contractor shall not dispense legal advice or provide direct legal representation to Sheriff’s inmates through this Agreement. Inmates in need of legal representation shall be referred to qualified non-profit organizations.
4.2 Inmates in need of representation are only to be referred to qualified non- profit legal services programs, such as Public Counsel, the pro xxxx arm of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and approved Bar Association lawyer referral services programs. Referrals for other purposes shall only be made to appropriate government, community and non-profit agencies.
4.3 All records of referrals shall be maintained by Contractor for a period of five (5) years following the expiration of this Agreement. Contractor shall implement necessary procedures to ensure that the Program is not used to solicit business for private practitioners or others, or for referral to for- profit agencies, individuals or others.
4.4 Violation of this Section 4.0 shall be cause for termination of the Agreement for default.
