Common use of Program Risks Clause in Contracts

Program Risks. I understand and acknowledge that participating in the Program involves risks which may not be found while studying at the University. These risks include, but are not limited to: traveling to, within, and returning from one or more foreign countries; foreign political, legal, social, and economic conditions; differing laws, differing standards of social conduct and behavior; differing standards of design, safety, and maintenance of buildings, public places, and other such matters of which I may or may not be aware.
