Program Sites. 4.1.1 The BOARD will approve sites for the SYSTEM programs keeping maximum accessibility and efficiency as major determinants in the selection process. 4.1.2 In the event of termination of this agreement or of withdrawal of one or more of its members, any sites, facilities or equipment purchased by a member district will remain the property of that district.

Program Sites. 4-1.1 The Board shall approve all sites for the delivery of System programs and services. 4-1.2 The System may elect to utilize any provisions under the law available to it to lease, acquire, establish, remodel, or maintain equipment, buildings, and offices for System programs, services, and staff.

Program Sites. E.A.P. activities will take place at different locations. Your Case Manager will meet with you at the Job Center of your choice- usually the one closest to your home. Your Case Manager will help guide you throughout the program and provide you with a schedule of workshops that will be held at the Job Center. When you enroll in Adult Basic Education or a Technical Certificate Course, you will spend time on a Technical College campus. Another important component of L.E.A.P. is assisting you in getting a job, so you will also be working on-site at a business. Please be prepared to travel to these different program sites, whether by personal car or public transportation.  This checklist is for you to track your activity and progress with L.E.A.P. L.E.A.P. Program Sites. 4.1.1 The Executive Committee, with the assistance of the Director, will determine sites for the System programs, keeping maximum accessibility and efficiency as major determinants in the selection process. 4.1.2 Member districts may elect to utilize applicable provisions of the Illinois School Code including, but not limited to, Sections 10-22.31b, 17-2.4 and 19-30, to acquire, establish, remodel and/or maintain equipment and buildings for System programs. 4.1.3 Recommendations concerning the location of System courses which are not to be offered at the Career Center will be made by the member districts involved. Such recommendations will be based on criteria established by this Agreement and the policies and bylaws adopted hereunder.
