Programmatic Audit. During the February or March Board meeting, AHCS’s Board, with assistance from the Principal, will appoint a committee consisting of least one Board member, the Principal, one teacher, two AHCS parents, and two persons at large (not affiliated with AHCS) who will conduct a programmatic audit each year targeting the parameters of this petition. The audit will be conducted as required by section 33-5205(3)(k), Idaho Code, and the conclusions will be reported to the Authorized Chartering Entity with suggestions for policy and program changes intended to improve the educational services provided to the students. The programmatic audit report will also be included in an annual report to the Authorized Chartering Entity and submitted no later than October 15.
