Common use of Programme Administrator Clause in Contracts

Programme Administrator. You agree to designate an employee (“Program Administrator”) to assist us in operating Accounts and Cards. You authorise the Program Administrator to act on your behalf for all matters relating to this Agreement. We are entitled to rely on directions, consents and information from your Program Administrator.

Programme Administrator. You agree The Company agrees to designate an employee (“Program Programme Administrator”) to assist us in operating Accounts the Corporate Card Account and Cards. You authorise The Company authorizes the Program Programme Administrator to act on your behalf of the Company for all matters relating to this Agreement. We are entitled to rely on and implement directions, consents and information from your Program the Programme Administrator, without us incurring liability as a result thereof.
