Programme Implementation Manual. The Programme shall be implemented in accordance with the approved Annual Work Plan and Budget (AWPB), and Procurement Plan and the PIM, the terms of which shall be adopted subject to the Fund's prior approval. The PIM shall include, among other things: (i) terms of reference, implementation responsibilities and appointment modalities of all Programme staff and consultants;
Programme Implementation Manual. 11. The SPMU shall prepare a draft XXX, with the support and guidance of the LTA to be approved by the PSC and the Fund. The PIM shall include procedures and processes for Programme implementation, financial administration and reporting and procurement of goods, works and services. The PMU shall adopt the PIM substantially in the form approved by the PSC and the Fund and may make amendments thereto from time to time with the approval of the Fund.
12. The State shall cause the Project to be carried out in accordance with the PIM. In case of any discrepancies between the provisions of the PIM and those of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
Programme Implementation Manual. The MBMA shall prepare a draft PIM to be approved by the BoD of MBMA and the Fund. The PIM shall include procedures and processes for Project implementation, financial administration and reporting. MBMA shall adopt the PIM substantially in the form approved by the BoD and the Fund and may make amendments thereto from time to time with the approval of the Fund. The State shall cause the Project to be carried out in accordance with the PIM. In case of any discrepancies between the provisions of the PIM and those of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
Programme Implementation Manual. The NPMO shall prepare a draft PIM covering loan-funded activities, in a manner acceptable to the Fund. The PIM shall include among other arrangements: (i) institutional coordination and day-to-day execution of the Programme; (ii) Programme budgeting, accounting, financial management, procurement, disbursement monitoring and evaluation, reporting and related procedures; (iii) detailed description of implementation arrangements for each Programme component, including the operational modalities for the matching grant mechanisms; (iv) complaints settlement mechanism; (v) and such other administrative, technical and organizational arrangements and procedures as shall be required for the Programme.
Programme Implementation Manual. The MoF shall prepare a draft PIM acceptable to the Fund and submit same for approval to the PSC. When so approved, a copy of the PIM shall be provided by the Lead Programme Agency to the Fund for endorsement. The PIM may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time only with the prior consent of the Fund. The PIM shall provide a detailed description of the respective partnership arrangements, windows, criteria and procedures for grant application processing and administration, and shall include a model grant agreement and other relevant instruments necessary for Programme implementation.
Programme Implementation Manual. 9.1. The Programme shall be implemented in accordance with the PIM, the terms of which, following the Fund’s prior approval, shall be adopted by the PCO. The PIM shall include, among other things: (i) Roles or terms of reference of all financing, coordinating and implementing parties, implementation responsibilities and appointment modalities of all Programme staff and consultants; (ii) Programme operating manuals and procedures;
Programme Implementation Manual. The Borrower/Recipient shall ensure that the PIM referred to in Paragraph 9.1, Section II of Schedule I hereto shall have been adopted by the PCO substantially in the form approved by the Fund no later than one (1) year after the date of entry into force of this Agreement.
Programme Implementation Manual. As soon as possible, the NCU shall prepare a revised version of the PIM, used for all other IFAD-funded projects and programmes, and submit it to the Fund for its no objection. The revised PIM shall include all the arrangements required for the implementation of Programme, especially implementation of activities by the APEX.
Programme Implementation Manual. The PMU shall prepare a draft Programme Implementation Manual (PIM) and shall forward it to the Fund for its non-objection. If the Fund does not comment on the draft PIM within thirty (30) days after receipt, it shall be deemed to have no objection. The Lead Programme Agency shall adopt the PIM substantially in the form approved by the Fund. The PIM, or any provision thereof, may not be waived, suspended, terminated, amended or modified without the prior agreement of the Fund.
Programme Implementation Manual. A Programme Implementation Manual with the associated annexes will be finalized at Programme inception, approved by the National Programme Steering Committee and subjected to IFAD’s no objection. Any amendment to the PIM must receive an IFAD’s no objection prior to it becoming effective.
