The Company commits to achieving better outcomes for service users and to represent their interests using feedback on Oyster, the Electronic Case Management System and other data collection mechanisms and research. The Company will ensure that service users will be central to the design, delivery and review of services and activities. The Company shall co-operate fully with the Board in carrying out its responsibilities in monitoring and evaluating the work of the Company.
