Programming and Copyrights. All programs and programming materials and elements, music libraries and software of whatever form or nature owned by Seller and used or held for use in connection with the business and operation of the Station on the Closing Date, whether recorded on tape or any other media or intended for live performance, and whether completed or held in production and any related common law and statutory copyrights owned by Seller and used or held for use in connection with the business and operations of the Station, or licensed or sublicensed to Seller in connection therewith, to the extent that Seller has the right to use and assign them;
