Common use of Progress and Other Reports Clause in Contracts

Progress and Other Reports. After the end of the Research Program Term and continuing until the first commercial sale of each of a [**] Engineered T-Cell Product, [**] Engineered T-Cell Product and [**] Engineered T-Cell Product in the Territory, Juno shall provide, within [**] days after the end of each [**], a written progress report to Editas that summarizes the activities undertaken and the status of Juno’s development efforts with respect to a [**] Engineered T-Cell Product, [**] Engineered T-Cell Product and [**] Engineered T-Cell Product during such [**]. Juno agrees to provide Editas with such additional information as Editas may reasonably request, at such times as Editas may reasonably request, in order for Editas to comply with the terms of an In-License Agreement (subject to Section 4.8).
