Progress from the RISE final evaluation, October 2001 The PAED project is a follow on grant from the RISE project (1998-2001). ATA has generally improved systems and practices since then. The RISE mid-term evaluation and final evaluations were both exhaustively comprehensive documents conducted by external consultants. This summarizes some of the most relevant points from the final evaluation, primarily concerning Mozambique, and ATA’s progress since then.

  • ASSUMPTION OF THE RISKS I hereby freely assume the inherent risks as well as any other risks not listed that are part of these Activities, and any harm, injury, illness, or loss that may occur to me or my property as a result of my participation in the Activities or during any transportation to or from the Activities—including any injury, illness, or loss caused by the negligence of REI, its employees, agents and officers, its contractors, and other Activities participants.   • Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities Construction The Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Participating TO and Interconnection Customer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Participating TO shall deliver to the Interconnection Customer and the CAISO the following “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities [include appropriate drawings and relay diagrams]. The Participating TO will obtain control for operating and maintenance purposes of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades upon completion of such facilities. Pursuant to Article 5.2, the CAISO will obtain Operational Control of the Stand Alone Network Upgrades prior to the Commercial Operation Date.

  • Condition of the Contractor’s Property or Equipment The Contractor shall make the Property and/or equipment available to the Judicial Council, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Contractor shall immediately remedy any problem with the Property’s physical plant or equipment that impairs or diminishes the quality of the Program. The Contractor shall ensure the appropriate hot water, heating, and ventilation is provided at the Property during the Program, inclusive in the prices set forth herein.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.
