Progress Photographs Sample Clauses
The Progress Photographs clause requires the contractor or responsible party to regularly take and submit photographs documenting the ongoing status of the work. These photographs are typically taken at specified intervals or upon reaching certain project milestones, and may need to be submitted in a particular format or to a designated recipient. This clause ensures that the project owner or manager can remotely monitor construction progress, verify that work is proceeding as planned, and maintain a visual record for reference or dispute resolution.
