Progress Photos. The monthly report shall include updated progress photos that shall detail changes in the Work during the month. The Design-Builder shall also maintain a daily log containing a record of weather, Subcontractors working on the site, number of workers, major equipment on the site, Work accomplished, problems encountered and other similar relevant data as the Department may reasonably require. The log shall be available to the Department, the Architect and the Program Manager, and on a monthly basis a copy of the log shall be submitted to the Department.
Progress Photos. The monthly report shall include updated progress photos that shall detail changes in the Work during the month.
Progress Photos. Digital, date-stamped progress photos (“Progress Photos”) shall be taken by Design-Builder, showing Work as it is installed, Work and conditions related to PCO’s and Change Orders, and Work-related site and weather conditions. Representative Progress Photos must be submitted with each Payment Application if required pursuant to ¶ I(N)(5). A complete set of Progress Photos must be provided to the ADR as part of Closeout Materials (see ¶¶ III(M)(8)(b) and III(Q)(6)(e)) and at any other time upon ADR request.

Design-Build Firm shall submit these photos on CD-ROM and printed copy with its first payment application Design-Build Firm shall periodically take digital construction record photographs to document the progress, including final completion, of the Work and shall be submitted on CD-ROM and printed copy with each application for payment. All pictures must be digitally date and time stamped. Printed photo must be on 8”X10” high resolution glossy single weight color print paper.

Progress Photos. Design Builder will provide monthly digital progress photos that clearly depict the progress of the Construction Work. Construction photos must be taken from select vantage points to show the status of construction and progress since the last photographs were taken. Design Builder will collaborate with the Program Manager to determine general direction, vantage points, and number of photographs. Each digital image must include the date and time. All Project photos will be uploaded to the progress photo file of the Project’s web based system.
