Progress Reports; Participation. The Party initiating or defending any enforcement action described in this Section 4.3 (Enforcement) (the “Enforcing Party”) shall keep the other Party reasonably informed of the progress of any such enforcement action, and such other Party shall have the individual right to participate with counsel of its own choice at its own expense. The selection of such counsel will be subject to the Enforcing Party’s approval (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).
