Progression of Changes. If the Parties agree to proceed further with a Change following discussions under paragraph 1 above, then the Proposing Party will prepare and submit to the Receiving Party a document (a “Change Control Notification”) which shall substantially reflect the details of the Change and shall contain the matters to be agreed formally by the Parties in respect of that Change.
