Common use of Prohibited Acts and Limitations Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Acts and Limitations. Nothing contained in this Article VIII shall be construed as giving the Manager the power or right to possess Company property for other than a Company purpose nor to do any act prohibited by the terms of any statutes, ordinances, regulations or agreements applicable to the Company. All powers and rights of the Manager shall always be subject to the foregoing so long as the same continue in force and to be applicable to this Company as aforesaid.
