Tenant may not make any Alterations which: (i) affect any area outside the Premises; (ii) affect the Building's structure, equipment, services or systems, or the proper functioning thereof, or Landlord's access thereto; (iii) affect the outside appearance, character or use of the Building or the Building Common Areas; (iv) in the reasonable opinion of Landlord, lessen the value of the Building; or (v) will violate or require a change in any occupancy certificate applicable to the Premises.
