Prohibited Events. The occurrence of any of the following events shall constitute a "Prohibited Event":

You may not post any content or create any Events that: ● Is false or misleading as to the description of the Event; ● Violates this Organization Agreement, our Terms of Service, or our Community Guidelines; ● Violates or encourages the violation of any applicable local, state, provincial, national, or other law, rule, or regulation; or ● Take place in restricted countries or restricted regions, which include, without limitation, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic. You must have our prior written approval to post Events in Cuba or Russia because additional licensing requirements may apply. For clarity, you shall only use our Payment Processor (as defined below) for the purchase of tickets or registrations for your Events on FamTickets, and you shall further abide by any terms and conditions applicable to the processing of payments through the Payment Processor.
Prohibited Events. Weddings Wedding Receptions Funerals/Wakes/Religious Ceremonies Political Rallies No event that may be interpreted as a fundraiser or political activity will be held in the museum. Publicity Events held in the museum cannot be publicized in print, broadcast, or online media without prior approval of the museum.

Tenant shall use its best efforts and judgment not to book any Events that would offend the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia (the “City’), and Tenant agrees to consult with the City (upon City’s request) regarding the nature of Events booked at the Arena and coordination of such Events with other activities in the City.
