Prohibited Financial Conflict of Interest. The Contractor and its Subcontractors presently have no interest and will not acquire any interest which would present a conflict of interest pursuant to California Government Code sections 1090 et seq. and 87100 et seq. during the performance of Services pursuant to this Agreement.
