Common use of Prohibited Interests Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Interests. Neither Subrecipient nor any of its contractors or their subcontractors shall enter into any contract, subcontract, or arrangement in connection with the Project provided herein, or any property included or planned to be included in the Project in which any officer, agent, or employee of Subrecipient during his tenure or for one year thereafter has any financial interest, direct or indirect.

Neither Subrecipient BENEFICIARY nor any of its contractors or their subcontractors shall enter into any contract, subcontract, or arrangement in connection with the Project provided herein, or any property included or planned to be included in the Project in which any officer, agent, or employee of Subrecipient BENEFICIARY during his tenure or for one year thereafter has any financial interest, direct or indirect.
