Prohibited Interest Sample Clauses

Prohibited Interest. No member, officer, or employee of the CITY shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or the proceeds thereof.

Prohibited Interest. (a) No City officer or employee during his or her tenure or for one year thereafter shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or the proceeds thereof. (b) No City officer or employee who participated in the award of this Agreement shall be employed by the Contractor during the period of the Agreement.

Prohibited Interest. No member, officer, or employee of the COMMISSION or the Mississippi Department of Transportation shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Contract Agreement or the proceeds there from.

Prohibited Interest. ‌ The following provision is made a part of this Contract and will be inserted in each of the Design-Builder’s subcontracts: “No member, officer, or employee of the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority during their tenure or for two years thereafter will have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Contract or the proceeds thereof.”

No officer or employee of CMAP and no member of its governing body and no other public official of any locality in which the Project objectives will be carried out who exercises any functions or responsibilities in the review or approval of the undertaking or carrying out of such objectives shall (i) participate in any decision relating to any subcontract negotiated under this Agreement which affects his personal interest or the interest of any corporation, partnership or association in which he is, directly or indirectly, interested; or (ii) have any financial interest, direct or indirect, in such subcontract or in the work to be performed under such contract. b. No member of or delegate of the Illinois General Assembly or the Congress of the United States of America, and no federal Resident Commissioner, shall be admitted to any share hereof or to any benefit arising herefrom. c. The GOVERNMENTAL BODY warrants and represents that no person or selling agency has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this Agreement, upon an agreement or understanding for a commission, percentage, bonus, brokerage or contingent fee, or gratuity, excepting its bona fide employees. For breach or violation of this warranty CMAP shall have the right to annul this Agreement without liability or, at its discretion, to deduct from the Agreement price or consideration, or otherwise recover, the full amount of such commission, percentage bonus, brokerage or contingent fee, or gratuity.

No member, officer or employee of the MPO or any state or local public body during his or her tenure or for one year thereafter may have or acquire any interest whatsoever, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or proceeds thereof or any benefit arising therefrom. B. No member of or delegate to the Congress of the United States of America may have or acquire any interest whatsoever, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or proceeds thereof or any benefit arising therefrom.

Prohibited Interest. The parties hereto covenant and agree that to their knowledge no board member, officer, or employee of MTD, during his/her tenure or for one year thereafter, has any interest, whether contractual, non contractual, financial or otherwise, in this transaction, or in the business of a contracting party other than MTD. If any such interest comes to the knowledge of either party at any time, a full and complete disclosure of all such information will be made in writing to the other parties, even if such interest would not be considered a conflict of interest under Article 4, Chapter 1, Divisions 4 and 4.5, Title I of the Government Code of the State of California.

Prohibited Interest. Contractor’s officers, employees or agents shall neither solicit nor accept gratuities, favors or anything of monetary value from contractors, potential contractors, or parties to subcontracts.
