Common use of Prohibited Interests Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Interests. A. No member, officer or employee of the County or its governing body, or of any of its component agencies, during such person's tenure or one year thereafter, shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or the proceeds thereof unless such interest has been disclosed in writing to the County and the County has determined that there are no prohibited conflicts of interest or ethical violations inherent in the circumstances.
