Prohibited Practices Relating to Tickets. The following practices are prohibited by Cape Air. When a ticket is purchased and used in violation of these rules or any fare rule, Cape Air has the right in its sole discretion to take all actions permitted by law, including but not limited to, (1) invalidate the ticket; (2) cancel any remaining portions of the Passenger’s itinerary; (3) refuse to board, (4) require additional collection for actual ticket value, (4) confiscate any unused flight coupons, or (5) any other legal remedy.
