Prohibited Relationships. 5.25.1 Contractor shall not employ, subcontract with, or affiliate itself with or otherwise have a relationship with an excluded individual or entity, as defined in section 9.1.33. Contractor and its Subcontractors shall provide written disclosure to the Department of any prohibited affiliation under 42 CFR §438.610.
