Research Restrictions on Human Subjects. The PROVIDER agrees to submit all research involving human subjects, which is conducted in programs sponsored by the MDHHS or in programs which receive funding from or through the State of Michigan, to the Department's Research on Human Subjects Committee for approval prior to the initiation of the research.
