Prohibited Signs and Other Items. Tenant may not display any signs on the exterior or roof of the Building or in the Common Areas of the Building or the Real Property. Tenant may not install or display any signs, window coverings, blinds (even if located behind the Landlord-approved window coverings for the Building), or other items visible from the exterior of the Premises without Landlord's prior written approval, which Landlord may, in Landlord's sole discretion, grant or withhold. Any signs, notices, logos, pictures, names, or advertisements that are installed by or for Tenant without Landlord's approval may be removed without notice by Landlord at Tenant's expense.
