Method of Entry. For entry as permitted by this Article 27, Landlord shall at all times have a key or, if applicable, a card key with which to unlock all the doors in the Premises, excluding Tenant’s vaults, safes, and special security areas. In an emergency situation, Landlord shall have the right to use any means that Landlord considers proper to open the doors in and to the Premises. Any such entry into the Premises by Landlord shall not be considered a forcible or unlawful entry into, or adetainer of, the Premises or an actual or constructive eviction of Tenant from any portion of the Premises.

Method of Entry. Method of Entry a. In order to enter the Contest, Entrants must:

ii. Submit an online submission form xxx.xx/XXXXXXX-Xxxxxx-0000. As part of this online submission form, the Entrant will be required to answer a series of questions and provide photos that detail the Entrant’s personal story of how XXXXXXX helped him/her live a life of impact.
b. All information, including photos, stories, videos, etc., submitted by an Entrant concerning his/her life of impact will collectively be referred to as an “Entry.”
c. An Entry may only be submitted by the Entrant, i.e., an Entry may not be submitted on behalf of other individuals.
d. As part of the Entry, an Entrant will be required to provide the following contact information:
i. First and last name;
ii. Coach ID number;
iii. E-mail address;
iv. City, state and zip code; and
v. Phone number.
