Method of Entry. Landlord shall at all times have a key or, if applicable, a card key with which to unlock all the doors in the Premises, excluding Tenant's vaults, safes, and special security areas designated in writing by notice to Landlord. In an emergency situation, Landlord shall have the right to use any means that Landlord considers proper to open the doors in and to the Premises. Any such entry into the Premises by Landlord shall not be considered a forcible or unlawful entry into, or a detainer of, the Premises or an actual or constructive eviction of Tenant from any portion of the Premises.

Method of Entry. To enter the Competition, the Participant must share a photo of themselves taking part in Christmas activities as seen in the Livability's 12 days of Christmas resource; the photo must be accompanied with the social media handle LivabilityUK and or include #Livability12days.
