Method of Entry. Landlord shall at all times have a key or, if applicable, a card key with which to unlock all the doors in the Premises, excluding Tenant's vaults, safes, and special security areas designated in writing by notice to Landlord. In an emergency situation, Landlord shall have the right to use any means that Landlord considers proper to open the doors in and to the Premises. Any such entry into the Premises by Landlord shall not be considered a forcible or unlawful entry into, or a detainer of, the Premises or an actual or constructive eviction of Tenant from any portion of the Premises.

Method of Entry. For entry as permitted by this Article 28, Landlord shall at all times have a key or, if applicable, an electronic key with which to unlock all the doors in the Premises, excluding Tenant's vaults or safes. Method of Entry a. In order to enter the Contest, Entrants must:
i. Be registered to attend OPTAVIA Convention 2022; and
ii. Submit an online submission form ▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. As part of this online submission form, the Entrant will be required to answer a series of questions and provide photos that detail the Entrant’s personal story of how ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ helped him/her live a life of impact.
b. All information, including photos, stories, videos, etc., submitted by an Entrant concerning his/her life of impact will collectively be referred to as an “Entry.”
c. An Entry may only be submitted by the Entrant, i.e., an Entry may not be submitted on behalf of other individuals.
d. As part of the Entry, an Entrant will be required to provide the following contact information:
i. First and last name;
ii. Coach ID number;
iii. E-mail address;
iv. City, state and zip code; and
v. Phone number.
Method of Entry. To enter the Competition, the Participant must share a photo of themselves taking part in Christmas activities as seen in the Livability's 12 days of Christmas resource; the photo must be accompanied with the social media handle LivabilityUK and or include #Livability12days. Any entries not made in accordance with these instructions will not be accepted. Entry Period: The Competition will commence on 19 December at 12.00pm and close on 5 January at 9.00am. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
Method of Entry. 2.1. Prior to the scheduled date and time of the shoot of the subject property, the Client will communicate and/or provide a method of entry for the Company and its production team.
2.2. Should the Client fail to provide access to the subject property by the scheduled date and time, the Company will contact the Client notifying of such and will wait a maximum of 20 minutes past the scheduled date and time for the subject property to be granted access. If no access is provided for the production team by 20 minutes past the scheduled start time, the shoot will be cancelled and the Client will incur a cancellation fee of $100.
