Common use of Prohibited Transfers and Assignments Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Transfers and Assignments. Neither Idaho Power nor PacifiCorp shall have the right to transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of, in whole or in part, its interest in this Agreement, including its rights, duties and obligations hereunder, nor to transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of, in whole or in part, its Ownership Interest (or Capacity Share) in the Transmission Facilities, except as permitted under this Article XIX.
