Prohibited Use of Courses Materials. JNCAAM shall not offer to instruct or teach, distribute, or sell any training course for Juniper’s products and/or services (including, without limitation, any instructor-led or self-study course) that, in the sole judgment of Xxxxxxx, competes with the underlying purpose and intention of this Agreement, which is to authorize JNCAAM to instruct and teach students Authorized Courses. JNCAAM shall follow written instructions of the Program Manager respecting its instruction or teaching, distribution, or selling any training course materials relative to Juniper’s products and/or services that, in the sole judgment of the Program Manager, is not in the best interests of the underlying purpose and intent of this Agreement.
