Prohibited uses of Payments. In accordance with Section 609.13(a) of the Title XVII Regulations, the Borrower shall not: (i) request that the Guaranteed Loan or any portion or proceeds derived thereof be used; or (ii) use any other funds obtained from the U.S. federal government or from a loan or other instrument guaranteed by the U.S. federal government, in either case for the payment of any Guarantor Fees, except to the extent explicitly authorized by the U.S. Congress.
