Prohibition Against Certain Designations. Except as above provided, Lessee will not allow the name of any Person to be placed on any Unit as a designation that might reasonably be interpreted as a claim of ownership; provided, however, that, subject to the delivery of the statement of new reporting marks specified in Section 4.2, Lessee may cause any Unit to be lettered with the names or initials or other insignia customarily used by Lessee or any Sublessee or any of their respective Affiliates on railroad equipment used by it of the same or a similar type for convenience of identification of the right of Lessee to use such Unit hereunder or any Sublessee to use such Unit pursuant to a Permitted Sublease.
