Prohibition Against Discrimination. It is the policy of the State to prohibit discrimination in employment against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, age, color, religion, creed, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, political affiliation, country of national origin, ancestry, genetic information, gender identity or expression, mental or physical disability, marital status, or labor organization affiliations, and to promote and implement a positive and continuing program of equal employment opportunity. It is the policy of the Union that it shall not discriminate against any employee or cause or attempt to cause the State to discriminate against any employee because of race, age, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, political affiliation, country of national origin, ancestry, genetic information, gender identity or expression, mental or physical disability, marital status or labor or organization affiliation.
Prohibition Against Discrimination. Both the Employer and the Union agree not to discriminate against any employee on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation, creed, religion, color, marital or parental status, age, national origin, political affiliation and/or beliefs, nor shall the parties discriminate against any employee with a disability, or for other non-merit factors.

In the performance of this Agreement, the Recipient shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of an individual’s race, color, religion, national origin, sex, or mental or physical disability. Violation of this provision may be regarded as a material breach of this Agreement.

Neither the City nor the Council will discriminate against any employee on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation, creed, religion, color, age, national origin, ancestry, parental status, marital status, veteran status, citizenship, perceived disability, or disability. Complaints of discrimination under this Article shall not be subject to the grievance and arbitration article of this Agreement.
Prohibition Against Discrimination. It is the policy of Diamond Resorts to review each loan on a case-by-case basis, to determine the creditworthiness of the applicant. In evaluating a credit application, DRFS will review and consider information that has a demonstrable relationship to the credit decision. The company shall not take into account or discriminate against any applicant on a prohibited basis, including discrimination:
a. on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex or marital status, or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract);
b. because all or part of the applicant’s income derives from any public assistance program; or
c. because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act or any state law upon which an exemption has been granted under said Act.
Prohibition Against Discrimination. Owner shall not discriminate against any tenant or potential tenant on the basis of sex, color, race, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, pregnancy, marital status, family composition, sexual orientation, or the potential or actual occupancy of minor children. Owner further agrees to take affirmative action to ensure that no such person is discriminated against for any of the above-mentioned reasons.
Prohibition Against Discrimination. The Practice and AmeriPath agree that, in fulfilling their respective obligations and duties under this Agreement, they shall not discriminate against any individual on the basis of race, religion, age, sex, disability or national origin.
Prohibition Against Discrimination. Neither the Hospital nor the CIR/SEIU shall discriminate against or in favor of any employee. The Hospital agrees that the opportunity to give and obtain Equal Employment Opportunity means: “The treatment of all employees and applicants for employment without unlawful discrimination as to race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, religion, citizenship status, place of medical education, or union activity in all employment decisions, including but not limited to recruitment, hiring, compensation, training and apprenticeship, promotion upgrading, demotion, downgrading, transfer, lay-off, and termination, and all other terms and conditions of employment.”
Prohibition Against Discrimination. Both the Employer and the Council agree not to illegally discriminate against any Employee on the basis of race, sex, creed, religion, color, age or national origin, or disability.
