Prohibition Against Certain Designations. Except as above provided, Lessee will not allow the name of any Person to be placed on any Unit as a designation that might reasonably be interpreted as a claim of ownership; provided, however, that subject to the delivery of the new reporting marks statement specified in the second sentence of Section 4.2, Lessee may cause the Equipment to be lettered with the names or initials or other insignia customarily used by Lessee or any permitted sublessees or any of their respective Affiliates on railroad equipment used by it of the same or a similar type for convenience of identification of the right of Lessee to use the Equipment hereunder or any permitted sublessee to use the Equipment pursuant to a sublease permitted hereby.
