Prohibition Against Court Order to Invade Principal. No interest in the principal or income of any Trust Account shall be anticipated, assigned or encumbered pursuant to the authority of section 7-1.6 of New York’s Estate, Powers and Trusts Law or any other comparable state or federal rule, regulation, statute or constitutional. EPTL 7-1.6(b) shall not apply.
