Common use of Prohibition Against Dispute Clause in Contracts

Prohibition Against Dispute. The Licensee covenants and agrees that, --------------------------- during and after the term of this Agreement, it will not contest the Licensors' Hyperstealth Technology nor will it in any way dispute or impugn the validity of the Licensors' ownership, patent, copyright or trademark therein until such time as the Licensee purchases the Hyperstealth Technology in accordance with Article 8.
