Prohibition Against Recording. This Lease shall not be recorded in any public records. A memorandum or notice of this Lease may be recorded, however, if Tenant pays all attorneys’ fees and all other costs and expenses incurred by Landlord in connection with the preparation, legal review and recording of the memorandum or notice.
