Lessee shall not permit, conduct or allow the generation, introduction, presence, maintenance, use, receipt, acceptance, treatment, manufacture, production, installation, management, storage, disposal or release of any Hazardous Substance on the Leased Properties, except for those types and quantities of Hazardous Substances necessary for and ordinarily associated with the conduct of Lessee’s business and used in full compliance with all Environmental Laws.
