Prohibition on Disparaging Remarks. Employee shall, from the date of this Agreement forward, refrain from making disparaging, negative or other similar remarks concerning Employer or any of its affiliates to any third party. Similarly, Employer and its affiliates shall from the date of this Agreement forward, refrain from making disparaging, negative or other similar remarks concerning Employee to any third party.
