Prohibition on promotion by the Applicant if Certified Rating not achieved. The Applicant acknowledges that if the Applicant is not awarded a Green Star Rating of 4 stars or above, being a Certified Rating, the Applicant will not be granted a licence under clause 7.2 to use the Trade Xxxx and will be prohibited from promoting its Green Star Rating or Registration for Green Star Rating.
