Distribution of the Agreement.
31.01 The Employer and the Union agree to share equally the cost of producing 400 copies of this Agreement, with 200 copies of the Agreement designated for the Union.
31.02 The Employer and the Union agree that an electronic copy of this Agreement will be made available and maintained on the Human Resources website.
Distribution of the Agreement. 1. The Board will continue as in the past to print the Agreement for distribution to the members of the bargaining unit.
2. The format of the printed Agreement shall be determined in conference with the union negotiators.

Distribution of the Agreement. Within thirty (30) days following the signing of this Agreement the District shall make the agreement accessible on the District website and shall post a copy in the staff room of each building.
Distribution of the Agreement. The Appointing Authority agrees to provide all newly hired or re-hired employees in the units, divisions, or departments covered by this Agreement with a copy of this Agreement if furnished by the Association.

Distribution of the Agreement. A. The College will post the Agreement electronically on the College website by the effective date of this Agreement, or within thirty (30) days of ratification, whichever date is later. The College will provide all current and new employees with a link to the Agreement. All employees will be authorized to print one (1) copy of the Agreement from the link on work time using state-purchased paper and state owned equipment. All new employees shall be given a copy of this Agreement by the College at the time they are employed by the College.
B. Four (4) copies of the contract will be printed with one copy sent to each of the following within the timeframe as set forth in 6.4.A • AFT Labor Representative • AFT Local President • RTC Library • RTC Human Resources
Distribution of the Agreement. Upon ratification by both Parties, the completed Agreement will be signed by the duly authorized Officers of the Association and the Board. The Agreement will then be printed by the Board and distributed to the Classified Employees. The Board will split the cost of the printing with the OAPSE Association– the Board will pay 60% of the printing costs and the OAPSE Association will pay 40% of the printing costs.
Distribution of the Agreement. Within thirty days following ratification, copies of this Agreement shall be duplicated in sufficient quantity for distribution to employees. The cost of such duplicating shall be borne by the District. The Association shall be responsible for making available copies of the Agreement to all employees represented by the Association, provided that new employees hired after the initial distribution, shall be provided with a contract by the District Human Resources Office at the time of the signing of individual contracts.
