Prohibitions Against Unauthorized Use. The Employee shall not use or disclose, other than in connection with the Employee's employment with the Company, any Confidential Information to any person not employed by the Company or not authorized by the Company to receive such Confidential Information, without the prior written consent of the Company during the term of this Agreement or at any time thereafter. The Employee shall use reasonable and prudent care to safeguard and prevent the unauthorized use and disclosure of Confidential Information.
