Prohibitions Regarding Minors. (a) The Tribe shall not permit persons under the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in Gaming Activities, or to loiter in the vicinity of Gaming Activities, but may pass through an area of the Gaming Facility in which Gaming Activities are being conducted while en- route to an area of the Gaming Facility in which no Gaming Activities are being conducted. (b) If the Tribe permits the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the Gaming Facility, the Tribe shall prohibit persons under the age of twenty-one (21) years from being present in any area in which alcoholic beverages may be consumed, except to the extent permitted by the Gaming Facility’s Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control license.
