Prohibitions Regarding Minors. (a) The Tribe shall not permit persons under the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in Gaming Activities, or to loiter in the vicinity of Gaming Activities, but may pass through an area of the Gaming Facility in which Gaming Activities are being conducted while en- route to an area of the Gaming Facility in which no Gaming Activities are being conducted.
