Public Entity Crimes. A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction of a public entity crime may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Florida Statutes, Section 287.017 for Category Two for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
Public Entity Crimes. CONSULTANT acknowledges and agrees that a person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity; may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; may not submit bids, proposals, or replies on leases of real property to a public entity; may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier or subcontractor under a contract with any public entity; and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, Florida Statues, for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months following the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list. The CONSULTANT will advise the City immediately if it becomes aware of any violation of this statute.
Public Entity Crimes. Neither Contractor, its parent corporations, subsidiaries, members, shareholders, partners, officers, directors or executives, nor any of its affiliates, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants under this Agreement have been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction of a public entity crime. Contractor understands that a “public entity crime” as defined in section 287.133(1)(g), Florida Statutes, is “a violation of any state or federal law by a person with respect to and directly related to the transaction of business with any public entity or with an agency or political subdivision of any other state or with the United States…” Contractor further understands that any person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime: (1) may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract: (a) to provide any goods or services to a public entity; (b) for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; or (c) for leases of real property to a public entity; (2) may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; and (3) may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in section 287.017, Florida Statutes, for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
Public Entity Crimes. As provided in F.S. 287.133 by entering into this Agreement or performing any work in furtherance hereof, the SUBRECIPIENT certifies that it, its affiliates, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants who will perform hereunder, have not been placed on the convicted vendor list maintained by the State of Florida Department of Management Services within the 36 months immediately preceding the date hereof. This notice is required by F.S. 287.133 (3)(a).
Public Entity Crimes. As provided in Section 287.132-133, Florida Statutes, by entering into this Lease or performing any work in furtherance hereof, Tenant certifies that it, its affiliates, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants who will perform hereunder, have not been placed on the convicted vendor list maintained by the State of Florida Department of Management Services within the thirty-six (36) months immediately preceding the Effective Date. This notice is required by Section 287.133(3)(a), Florida Statutes.
Public Entity Crimes. A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity, may not submit a bid on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work, may not submit bids on leases of real property to a public entity, may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
Public Entity Crimes. The AGENCY represents that it is familiar with the requirements and prohibitions of the Public Entity Crime Act, Section 287.133, Florida Statutes, and that its entry into this Contract will not violate that statute. The AGENCY shall submit a certification that it is and shall remain in compliance with such statute by use of the Public Entities and Scrutinized Companies Certification document found attached as “Form 3”. Violation of Section 287.133, Florida Statutes, may result in the immediate termination of this Contract.
Public Entity Crimes. To the extent required by section 287.133(2)(a), Contractor affirms that it is aware of the provisions of section 287.133(2)(b). Contractor affirms that at no time has it been convicted of a Public Entity Crime and agrees that any such conviction during the term of this Agreement may result in the termination of this Agreement.
Public Entity Crimes. Pursuant to Section 287.133(2)(a), Florida Statutes, a person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction of a public entity crime may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity nor shall such person or affiliate be awarded or perform work as a CONTRACTOR, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under an agreement with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Florida Statutes, Section 287.017 for Category Two for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
Public Entity Crimes. Pursuant to Section 287.133, Florida Statutes, a person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity; may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; may not submit bids, proposals, or replies on leases of real property to a public entity; may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in s. 287.017 for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months following the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list. By execution of this Agreement, Consultant certifies that it has not been placed on the convicted vendor list as provided in Section 287.133, Florida Statutes.
